Net Neutrality compromise not good enough

The Senate Telecommunications bill has been modified in what is supposed to be a “compromise” on Net Neutrality. The bill now would prohibit telephone and cable companies from blocking a user’s access to individual web sites as part of an “Internet Consumer Bill of Rights.”
